WORKING PRINCIPLE :

The fabics is feed to the machine in roll form .The in feed drives feed the fabric to the stretcher frame, where the gumming & drying operations take place. After drying by the hot air passed through the fabric, the fabric is slit. The slitting unit consist of knife with motor, sharpening, device and take out drive. The temperature of the hot air is precisely controlled by the temperature PID controller. High quality Nichrome heaters are used for heating the air from the blower. After slitting the fabric is transported by the extraction roll. The fabric is then spread to the full width in open from by scroll rolls and guide rolls. The fabric tension is adjusted by the dancing roll & sensor controlled by the PLC and Inverter drives. Then the fabric is passed over the inspection box with illumination over the inspection, the fabric passed through the scroll rolls and guide rolls again to get the uniform spreading Then the fabric winds on the batching pipe, driven by the batching roll. The batching assembly is moved right & left for centering the fabric. The centering is achieved by the optical .The centering is achieved by the optical sensors controlled by the PLC.
