This Machine is designed to process circular knit fabrics for reduction and control of lengthwise residual shrinkage. VECTOR also provides the following treatments to the fabric .

EDGE DRIVE 

The edge drive unit enables the operator to adjust the fabric width. This unit also feeds the fabric to the compacting Section. Edge drive is equipped to detect holes in the fabric and stop the machine operation.

COMPACTING ZONE 

Compacting section consists of pneumatically operated Top and Bottom Guiding Blades, Special metallic coated steam heated main roller and compacting roller. Centralized control system controls and maintains accurate and even temperature in Blades and Roller.

TOUCH SCREEN CONTROL 

Touch Screen Control Panel enables the operator to program various operational parameters such as speeds and temperatures. This unit also annunciates fault conditions & monitoring of entire machine operation.

FOLDER UNIT 

The State-of-Art folder unit comprising of take off roller, fabric smooth sail conveyor And cooling system, floder arm and edge pressing system. This unit cools the fabric after steaming and compacting, presents the fabric in Plaited from for the further process.
