fully computerized control system, Auto turn table unique in feed
system, Fabric Expander, Imported Absorption technology squeezing
rolls, conveyor for tension free fabric transport, the CONFIDENT
CLASSIC Squeezer guarantees high speed fabric output with out crease
and edge marks.
The machine is
completely made of stainless steel of 316 grade for reliability,
hard wear and high impact resistance. |

The unique twist
detector and De-twister assembly synchronized with Auto turn with
table performs the De-twisting and tension less fabric feed
functions. A specially designed fabric in feed system ensures the
positive feed and storage of fabric in the water container. |
The digitally
controlled over feed rolls ensure shrinkage control and provides the
maximum possible wet compacting effect, to the fabric. The motorized
spreader is provided for easy operation. The gentle, automated air
ballooning system is used to achieve crease mark free fabric
output.
The new absorption
technology squeezing rolls with Hydraulic controlled nip pressure
gives very low Expression values compared to the Rubber or
synthetic rolls, also with the unique feature of edge mark and
crease mark free fabric output. The residual moisture is evenly
spread throughout the width and length of the fabric and length of
the fabric for economical drying.
After squeezing
the fabric transported to the plaiter by a conveyor to ensure that
no wet compacting effect is lost during plaiting.
A fully
computerized control system using a PLC controls the total control
of the machine. Speed control and synchronization is achieved with
A.C.Invertor Drives. World renowned Products are used as Pneumatic,
Hydraulic, Electrical, Automation and Mechanical Drive accessories.
